Alpha Immersion Pty Ltd (“Alpha Immersion”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and handling personal information in a transparent and responsible manner. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal information in connection with our business operations, including delivery of the I-VADE platform, our website, and related services.
This Policy is drafted in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). While our primary operations are based in Australia, this Policy is intended to be extensible to international users where applicable.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by Alpha Immersion in connection with:

I-VADE platform users
When an individual user creates a profile within I-VADE, we may collect:

platform usage data, including scenario completion and timestamps.
Usage and performance data

aggregate performance indicators within scenarios.
We do not collect:

3. Sensitive Information
Alpha Immersion does not collect sensitive health information about patients. Any demographic or professional information collected relates solely to users in their capacity as learners or trainees and is used only for training delivery, reporting and platform improvement.
4. How We Use Personal Information

Personal information collected through I-VADE is used solely for commercial product delivery and operational purposes, not for research. If personal information required for platform access is not provided, we may be unable to grant access to, or provide full functionality of, the I-VADE platform.
5. Access and Administration Rights
Alpha Immersion maintains global administrative access to the I-VADE platform to support system operation, maintenance and customer support. Customer organisations may nominate designated administrators within their organisation. These administrators can access user data only for users associated with their organisation, and solely for training management, reporting and platform administration purposes.
6. Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information:

to our customer organisations, including authorised administrators, for the purpose of managing access to and use of the I-VADE platform within their organisation;

to authorised administrators within a customer organisation, limited to information relating to users within that organisation only;

to third-party service providers who assist us to operate and support the platform (e.g. cloud hosting, security and analytics providers), subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations; and
-
where required or authorised by law.
We may also disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, regulatory requests or enforce our legal rights.
We do not sell personal information.
Alpha Immersion does not disclose identifiable personal information about individual users to external parties outside the relevant customer organisation and does not disclose organisation-specific performance or usage data in a manner that identifies a customer organisation, unless expressly authorised.
We may use or share fully de-identified and aggregated data across multiple customers for purposes such as platform improvement, service evaluation, benchmarking, reporting, and marketing communications, where no individual user or customer organisation can be reasonably identified.
7. Data Hosting and Security
I-VADE is hosted on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Personal information may be stored on servers located in Australia or overseas. We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including access controls, encryption and secure authentication practices.
Alpha Immersion retains personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required to provide the I-VADE platform, meet contractual obligations with customer organisations, or comply with legal and regulatory requirements. When personal information is no longer required for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.
8. International Users
Where personal information is transferred outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is protected in a manner consistent with this Policy and Australian privacy law.
9. Marketing Communications
We may send marketing or informational communications where consent has been provided or where permitted by law. Individuals may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting us directly.
